In today’s complex educational landscape, relationships matter more than titles. This interactive session explores servant leadership as a practical framework for building trust, strengthening culture, and leading through challenges with clarity and heart. Participants will examine the difference between positional and relational authority, reflect on their own leadership values, and learn how everyday practices shape psychological safety, agency, and impact. Through guided reflection and applied activities, leaders will leave with concrete strategies to lead laterally, upward, and within their teams (regardless of title or position), creating environments where people and communities can thrive.

When racial slurs—including the N-word—are spoken in schools, dignity is wounded and learning is disrupted. Inspired by heart and grounded in leadership responsibility, this session equips administrators to confront anti-Blackness with courage, clarity, and accountability. Participants will examine how racially hostile environments develop, apply civil rights standards to evaluate current site practices, and practice real-time intervention and restorative repair strategies. Through guided case analysis and collaborative planning, leaders will design a measurable 90-day action plan that strengthens prevention systems, elevates student voice, and restores dignity as a non-negotiable condition for academic excellence.

As World Cup 2026 gets underway, education leaders are also navigating a fast changing AI landscape that calls for clear rules, smart coaching, and a strong game plan. This session uses a World Cup metaphor to highlight the five most important things administrators need to know about AI right now, focusing on leadership decisions, guardrails, equity, and strategy rather than tools or hype. Participants will leave with a playbook for leading thoughtfully and confidently with AI.
