About me
Dr. Rachel Cobb (Dr. Ray), a proud Philadelphia native, has lived in the Bay Area for nearly 20 years with her partner and pets. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice from Cal State East Bay, along with degrees in Child and Adolescent Development, Education, and Curriculum Design. With over 20 years of experience, she has served as a classroom teacher, principal, intervention specialist, coordinator of educational services, and countywide program manager, working to build inclusive, racially just learning communities. She is also the founder of RYTES of Passage, advancing systems that support Black women and girls to thrive.
