Erin Roberts serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the Oakley Union Elementary School District. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of ACSA, holding various administrative roles including Principal, Curriculum Director, and Human Resources Director. In addition to her district leadership, Erin contributes to the broader educational community through her service on the ACSA Region 6 Board and the Delta Charter. Recognized for her innovative approaches to staff retention, Erin emphasizes mentorship, support, and the development of sustainable systems that foster educator growth and drive lasting improvements in student achievement.
