Lauren McGovern brings extensive experience as an educator, including 13 years as a classroom teacher and 12.5 years as a principal. She holds a Master’s degree in Instruction and has deep expertise in Professional Learning Communities, Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports, and data driven instructional practice. Under her leadership, Dublin Elementary School was recognized as a National Model PLC School. Lauren is committed to grounding school improvement in clear mission, vision, and values, using data to drive decisions, and building systems that ensure all students and all student groups are supported, challenged, and able to thrive.
