About me
Rachel Fogleman is a principal in the Antioch Unified School District with leadership experience across early childhood, special education, and general education settings. Her career includes service as an Early Childhood State Preschool Director and as a Special Education Program Specialist at both the district level and with the Contra Costa County SELPA. She currently serves as a site-level principal and is an active member of the ACSA Region 6 Board. Rachel’s professional background uniquely spans both special education and general education, informing her inclusive and systems-oriented approach to school leadership.
